I am an intuitive transformational and spiritual coach. In practice this means that I bring to our sessions all of my skills and expertise including my natural intuitive and energetic abilities as well as my coaching and psychological experience. In addition to this, I weave together the lifestyle medicine and shamanic knowledge that underpins my practice. It's an eclectic mix which means gives me a distinctive and unique offering.
